Clueho
One of our dastardly burlesque performers has murdered our MC! Oh no!
Their soul cannot go to burlesque rest until the ne’erdowell is apprehended and put in burlesque jail for their burlesque crimes. Double Oh no!
Unfortunately, due to a strange quirk of the burlesque justice system, this burlesque tragedy may only be investigated by YOU, our faithful audience. Triple Oh no!
Never fear! Three likely suspects have conveniently emerged with a handful of potential murder props and deeply suspicious costume pieces which were left at the scene of the crime. Our game is deceptively simple - can you figure out WHO killed the MC, WHAT classic burlesque prop was the murder weapon and, most importantly for a burlesque show, what the murderer was WEARing?
Welcome to Burlesque World - where MCs host shows from beyond the grave, petty disputes are resolved through cartoon violence and justice is metered out via audience participation. Remember kids: The ultimate burlesque punishment is an empty room with fluorescent lighting.
Developed with a generous grant from Flazéda, this roleplay-come-game-show blends classic murder mystery dinner theatre, burlesque and social deduction tabletop roleplay games (like Dungeons & Dragons). Each show features a unique case constructed collaboratively by the cast using a TTRPG system created for this show by our forever Game Master, Happi Valley. It's part improvised theatre, part whodunnit and all queer, camp, sparkly sensuality!
Doors at 6pm for specialty cocktails, light refreshments and preliminary investigations.
Tickets $32.50 : feast.org.au/events/clueho/
