The WAPs - GERMAN SPARKLE PARTY - Cab Fringe Fest

Theme is……. drumroll please……..German Sparkle Party!!!!

A Home Brand burlesque competition featuring the incredible talents of Starling Strix, Frankie Fox, Duke Draper, Purl D'loins, Rosie Ritz & Lu Lu Belle

Headliner: WAPs Hubba Bubba Champion, Bebe Bubbles

WAPS gave eight of our favourite local burlesque performers a very silly theme, 4 weeks, and $50 to make us a brand new act.
This competition celebrates big swings and bigger misses. We love silly geese, clever ducks and permanently exhausted pigeons.

Join these incredibly talented pertformers as they showcase wacky, wonky and wonderfully wobbly burlesque to answer the all important question: Who will win The Golden Vulva?

All proceeds from the charity raffle will be funding humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Sue's kitchen is OPEN 7-9pm for AMAZING food, and you can eat through the show!. Vegan and other dietary needs accommodated

Can't be with us but want to support the show? Consider a Pay it Forward ticket. You'll send someone to our show who couldn't afford to be there otherwise.

Love to come, but can’t quite make the coin needed…You neeed a Pay it Forward ticket? Let us know here:

Life Drawing with Harry

Eat - Drink - Draw : Life Drawing has never been so much fun!

Come for dinner, have a drink, draw a model … it’s easy … 3rd Monday monthly (except April when it’s the 2nd Monday due to Easter Monday holiday).

Try something new and exciting with our Life Drawing class led by Adelaide based illustrator, Harry Slaghekke.

Our experienced life models will pose for 3-4 sets of short poses followed by several longer ones with a short break along the way.

Harry runs regular life drawing classes and will be available to give tips if you’d like them as well as running the evening.

Bring your sketch equipment - pad, pencil, charcoal or pen (no liquids including paint please) and you’ll be set to go. You can bring an easel if you want one, but they are not required as there are plenty of tables.

The bar will be open all night and the kitchen will be open from 6pm until 8pm.

The life drawing will start at 7pm and run until approximately 9.30pm.

The front door will be locked during the session as the models will be undraped.

Doors open: 6pm for Drinks, Meals and Snacks

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea - WE SING @ Diverse-City

Morning Tea is on us! Music is provided by Cindy-Anne's 'We Sing Choir" and all we ask is that you make a donation to the Cancer Council to support those in Australia battling this devastating disease.

Cancer knows no boundaries of race, gender, sexuality or age ...nor should we ... so we want to create a fantastic community of people in one event to help push back, make a difference, ease someones hardship...help a mate or a family unknown to you....

WE SING & Diverse-City have partnered to bring you this very special Morning Tea to support Cancer Council SA in their massive nationwide fundraising.

Your support really does make a huge difference. Every dollar raised goes towards Cancer Council SA’s life-saving prevention programs, world-class South Australian research, and support services that change lives.

Lunch will be available to purchase from the bar following the music and anyone is welcome to stay and relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Maybe it's the perfect opportunity for our mature members to try our our new Senior's Menu which includes a hot drink and optional dessert!

Please bring your mates, and let's raise some serious money folks. Cash or card payment via ABMT’s QR code will be availbe till the end of June.

If you can't make it on the day, and would like to make a donation, please click on our Diverse-City Morning Tea link here:
