NAIDOC Art Exhibition Opening - Keira Holberton

Talented emerging artist, Keira Holberton is our Proud NAIDOC Artist for 2026, who'll be showcasing her works depicting "50 Years of Deadly" - this year's official NAIDOC theme.

The word deadly in this context is an expression in First Nations communities that does not mean dangerous, but rather excellent, brilliant, and something to be deeply proud of.

Hear Keira talk about her use of natural materials, and up-cycling of resources, which she incorporates into her beautiful works of weaving, painted images of Indigenous stories, feathers and rope products.

Keira works will be available for sale on the day as well as a selection of her hand-made jewellery.

You'll find her art bright and uplifting and this is an afternoon not to be missed!

Canapés with an Indigenous twist will be served.

Bar, Coffee, Tea & other light snacks available.

Please RSVP for Catering (Tix $5): www.Tryooking.com/CNNOD
